Explanation of service modes:

1. Technical consulting
Lifelong technical consulting service will be offered. It includes new product notifying, suggestions for system upgrade, technical plans, and long term plan for the product. We are looking forward to establishing a long and stable cooperation relationship with our customers.
2. Hot line
We offer hot line service to our customers. They could get help through the authorized hotline. Hotline service includes questions answering, breakdown eliminating and so on. We will take minutes of every conversation and all the records will be classified and saved. Also, we will send all the materials to the certain contact regularly.
3. Internet remote maintaining
We offer internet remote maintaining. EAM system bases on B/S structure. With the IP address and the authorization of the system, we could maintain and manage the system through internet. It can diagnose the system and eliminate the breakdowns swiftly, and then, system can run stably and smoothly.
4. On-site maintaining
We offer on-site maintaining. If the breakdown can not be solved through the hotline or remote maintaining, we will send our professional service team to the on-site. This is to ensure the breakdown will be solved swiftly, comprehensively, and thoroughly.
